FOLB / SOLB designed bag is popular for its easy access and loading features as the front panel can be fully opened. This model is available in several measurements under different model names.

FOLB 900.1 benefits from the following features:
- 2 x Webbing Lifting Slings complying with EN 1492-1 standard, and Stainless-Steel Delta Ring, for each sling, rated at A4-Grade, which combines 1 x lifting point.
- Velcro Lid Closure - provides weather resistance and Security Buckles for additional protection. The lid is rollable when the bag is opened and can be secured to keep the lid in place with velcro straps which are located on each side at the back of the bag.
- Front Zip Opening for easy access and loading with stainless steel webbing adjustable buckles for additional security and protection.
- 2 x Side handles have a firm grip and are designed to allow the bag to be guided through and around obstacles, whether that is lifting over the guard rails or carrying through doorways. The side handles are to be used by individuals and NOT as a lifting point.
- Tough 3mm HDPE external tray bolted around the bag's bottom base to provide protective resistance for heavy usage in tough environments and rough surfaces.
- 3 x Tough 3mm HDPE internal removable walls, which can be inserted and removed from internal lining pockets. This provides security to the bag's material from sharp objects and helps maintain the bag's shape, meaning the bag does not need to be held while loading.
- Tough HDPE Internal Flooring - placed inside the bag to protect the base fabric and bag lifting sling layer from sharp contents, as well as creating an even surface which is great for stability and weight distribution.

All materials used are sourced from trusted third party suppliers. Only materials of the highest quality are used in our products.
Fabric – All our bags are made with Super Strong 900 g/m2 PVC coated fabric with two-side lacquered. Often used as truck curtains, retention basins and anti-pollution barriers.
The PVC coating uses Lowick System which help considerably reduce micro-organism penetration into the heart of the coated fabric. In addition, the Cleangard® lacquer greatly increases durability and makes fabric All-weather resistant and easy to maintain.
This fabric has an extreme tensile strength of 400/400 DaN and can operate in -30°c to +70°c environments, perfect for lifting heavy loads in various conditions.
Webbing Sling – Strong Weave Polyester webbing is used for it’s very high strength tenacity, good chemical and abrasion resistance nature, it is also difficult to ignite and burns slowly. In addition, it has excellent UV protection and does not absorb water, giving it high resistance to rot and mildew. It has a breaking strength of up to 4.5 tonnes, along with elongation properties – lengthening up to 25% at breaking point.
D-rings – A4 grade Stainless Steel 50mm D-rings are used as lifting points. With 8mm diameter thickness, these d-rings are extremely strong. It was tested to destruction with a load of 7 tonnes. The D-rings we use in particular has the joint welded together making it almost impossible to see. This helps further improve strength and durability.
HDPE – All of our protective trays or reinforced flooring uses High Density Polyethylene Plastic. It has a high strength-to-density ratio, low friction, outstanding wear resistance, along with corrosion and abrasion resistance properties. HDPE stays strong whilst offering flexibility, reducing the risk of breakage.
